  • To create a delicious Hot Meal with 25% added vitamins & minerals
  • Empty content of one packet into a bowl
  • Add 50ml of cold water and mix well
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes
  • Shape into a burger shape and cook on a non-stick pan with fry light until golden brown.
  • Consume within ten minutes.

Expected Weight Loss:

Weight Loss Plan Note: 

A minimum of 2.25 litres/ 4 pints of water is necessary each day, recommendation is to sip throughout the day.  We also recommend the inclusion of permitted foods - vegetables or salad each day to aid digestion, provide extra nutrition to add conventional foods to your plan.  For best weight loss results it is suggested that you add 20 minutes of light exercise daily.
