With the KeeDiet quick dispatch service, it is imperative that you check your address and contact details are entered correctly. We use a range of delivery providers to offer you a fast and cost effective delivery service. These will differ for postal codes and include 1-2 day, 2-5 day deliveries, weekends and *Click & Collect where you can reroute your parcel for personal collection.
A billing address is required when setting up your KeeDiet account, this is normally where your Bank Card/Bank Statement is received. You may then add several other delivery address to your account.
When ordering please provide an email address and contact telephone number (mobile is preferred). We never pass your details to any third party advertising agencies and the information you provide is for the courier and delivery service only.
We deliver to the whole of the UK but deliveries to Channel Islands and postcodes deemed as Highlands, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland by the couriers may be subject to slower delivery timescales and surcharges. These are detailed below the mainland UK delivery options. Unfortunately we can no longer deliver to BFPO Addresses and Europe
Couriers regard the Buyer responsible if parcels are left or delivered to a shared access location
If you are unsure you will be available to sign for your parcel, we recommend you choose Click & Collect instead of safe place/shared locations. Couriers have updated their claim system for lost parcels. We are no longer able to claim for lost parcels if they are left by request on your order or updated on couriers tracking system, or if you are unavailable to sign for your parcel at the time of delivery and your parcel is left by the driver (Example provided are a nominated safe place, doorsteps, delivered to a shared area, such as business address, post room, flat corridors etc.) If you may not be available to sign for your parcel, please arrange to collect your parcel instead.
