You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to contact us as part of the 'No Quibble' Return Service. The cancellation period operates for 14 days from the date on which you acquired, or a third party acquired (other than the carrier) the goods/parcel/order and this date is taken from the couriers tracking system, confirming that goods have been delivered.
First raise a support ticket through our Contact Page and let us know you wish to return your order. On your Support Ticket please quote 'No Quibble Return' in the subject line and we will deal with your request promptly.
In your message, provide your name and full delivery address. From your KeeDiet® online account or packing slip received, provide your order date, order number and then confirm the item(s) that you wish to return.
We will respond promptly and provide you with details of how to return your order, plus we will provide an activated 14 Day (ARC) Authorisation Returns Code, which is required to process your parcel on its return.
Simply place the provided ARC reference on the front of your parcel as part of the address and organise a delivery to ensure we receive your parcel within 14 calendar days from the ARC Code issue date.
Once we receive your parcel, we will then make a refund to your payment account within 5 working days for the goods you have returned to us.
