We take care of your daily requirements, our nutritionally complete VLCD Total MealPacks provide a minimum 25% RI of essential vitamins & minerals each, with three of our VLCD Total packs providing 75% RI your remaining nutients should come from your healthy meal 


Plan Considerations...... You may follow this weight loss plan until you achieve your target weight or a BMI of 20 as a minimum. Each day select 3 KeeDiet® VLCD MRP products, enjoy one for breakfast, lunch and also one as a healthy snack and enjoy a healthy 300 calorie meal of protein and vegetables or salad (click Read More below for examples and further information). Your snack choice may be a KeeDiet® VLCD Meal Replacement Bar, guilt free, delicious and satisfying (we recommend only one bar is consumed daily)   

You have the option to exchange one KeeDiet VLCD MRP product for one of our High Protein products each day.  Our High Protein products are low in carbohydrates, low in sugar, high in protein and suitable for a Ketogenic weight loss plan. If choosing to make this exchange, simply ensure you include a daily vitamin & mineral supplement to cover the shortfall of RI vitamins & minerals.

Without affecting weight loss, all Social Plan dieters may also add an additional High Protein (low sugar,carbohydrate) product to their plan.  We recommend the product is approximately 100 calories/5g of Carbs, which will help to satisfy your hunger and provide an extra daily snack guilt free.

For men, taller ladies, those with labour intense jobs or those with a weight above 17 stone or BMI 40+ it is recommended to add an extra 4th daily product to provide extra protein, nutrition and energy. The 4th product may be chosen from our VLCD Total or a High Protein range ( 4 daily products + healthy meal)

  Add either 340ml of Skimmed/Soya/Nut Milk, 240ml of Semi-Milk or a 100 calorie 0-1% low fat yoghurt

  Drink at least 2.25 litres of water per day (tap, bottled, sparkling) this should be sipped throughout your day

 No extra protein (i.e chicken/fish etc) recommnended

 No fruit, starch foods or alcohol allowed

  • You may exchange one VLCD Total Foodpacks daily, for either one of the following.  A High Protein Product or one Ketogenic or Control Ready Meal.  Any exchange should be alongside a daily vitamin & mineral supplement to cover the shortfall of nutrients.

  • You may in moderation add black tea, coffee or herbal leaf tea (these are not included as your water requirement)

  • You may use tablet sweeteners.

  • You may sip extra water through your day and as required.

  • You may add three times weekly 1tlbs of nuts/seeds or add a little nut/seed oil  to your permitted salad/vegetables.  A little extra healthy oils are good to ensure healthy skin, hair and nails. 

  • You may add a daily vitamin & mineral supplement to ensure you receive 100% RDA , even if choosing a selection of permitted foods, this is considered prudent whilst losing weight.  Four of our VLCD Total Mealpacks provide 100% RDA of your daily essential vitamins & minerals, three of our mealpacks provide 75% RDA.

  • You may add a little fat free (0-1%) dressing, dried or fresh herbs and spices to products or permitted vegetables/salad.

Although specifically designed as a fast weight loss plan, that is low in calories and carbohydrates, our Social Plan is also ideally suited as a one/two week phase of Preparation when considering following a VLCD weight loss plan and a one/two week Weight Stabilisation Plan after following a VLCD plan.  

Before purchasing or following this plan we recommend all clients confirm this plan is suitable to follow with their Doctor.  This is particularly important with any person with a BMI 40+ (17 Stone), with a medical condition, or using any prescribed medication.

The plan is ideal for most dieters with a BMI 20+.  We suggest clients with a weight above 17st, all men, ladies taller than 5'8" (1.73m) or those with a labour intense job use four VLCD Total Meal Replacement products each day.

  1. The Social Plan is ideal for most dieters with a BMI above 20.  However we do suggest once a BMI 22 has been achieved, increasing your calories and exercise for weight stabilisation is beneficial for long term weight management.  Once a BMI 22 has been reached or after following Social Plan for weight stabilisation and returning to conventional eating we suggest the Kee New You Plan with 1000 calories which re-introduces starches and fruit.
  2. Men with a BMI 40+ or Ladies with BMI 50+ are advised to consider our Kee New You Plan as their initial weight loss plan, moving down to our Social Plan with a reduction in BMI.
  3. The KeeDiet® comply with guidelines introduced by NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence)
  4. We advise that you should visit your Doctor every four weeks to request a blood pressure and health check.
  5. A mild Ketogenic condition can be achieved following this plan and you may experience some Common side effects  in the early stages of this diet plan.  These may include headaches and fatigue etc.  If symptoms persist or you feel concerned, you should stop the diet and immediately seek medical advice.
  6. For your safety, alcohol should not be consumed whilst following a weight loss plan which is sufficiently low in calories, restricts sugar and carbohydrates so that a mild Ketogenic condition may be promoted.  When in Ketosis, consuming alcohol may be dangerous and in extreme cases may even cause death or long term health conditions  If intending to drink alcohol it is advised that you stop a Ketogenic Diet, we suggest you follow a healthy eating plan at least 48 hours prior to drinking alcohol.
