- Slowly add the required 220ml of hot but not boiling water

Prepare

To Prepare in the microwave:

- Empty
contents of sachet into a microwave safe dish,
- Mix with either 110-120ml of
water for a 161kcal
- Microwave
for 1 minute, depending on machine settings. Stir, and microwave for further minute
- Allow to swell and stand for 2 to 3 minutes before consuming.
To Prepare using a saucepan:
- Empty
contents of sachet into a Saucepan, and use either 110-120ml of water
- Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Leave for 2 to
3 minutes before consuming.
- Then simmer for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring occasionally

- Based on 800w Microwave - Simply mix with 160-180ml of hot water
- Prepare in the microwave for 30 seconds,
- Stir microwave for a further 30 seconds
- Allow to stand and swell for 2-3 mins before eating

add 30ml of cold water, mix into a past and then add 140/170ml of hot
water (not boiling) from a kettle - and stir until fully dissolved &
consume.....or

Slowly add 30ml of cold water and mix, then add remaining 140/170ml cold water while stirring until well dissolved. Either………...

a) Simmer in a saucepan until at the required temperature, do not boil.

b) Cook in the microwave at maximum heat for approximately 1 minute.

Omelette's
- Add slowly 50 to 80ml of cold water while stirring with a whist or a fork.
- Beat with the whisk or fork until well dissolved.
- Add any fresh herbs, spices or veg/salad permitted
- Heat a non-adhesive pan and humidify it with a spray oil.
- Add mixture into the hot pan and cook for about 20 to 30 seconds
- You can put a lid over pan for the last 10 seconds to allow mixture to swell
- Serve with side salad and eat in a short time
- Omelette mixture will also make scrambled eggs if continuously stirred at heating stage
Mexican Red Bean Chilli
Add 170ml of hot (not boiling) water to the sachet contents and stir well
If using a microwave, mix as above in a safe bowl,
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring occassionally,
Allow to stand for 1 minutes and mixture to swell
Eat within a short time.
If using a saucepan, add 170ml of hot water to a saucepan
Add sachet contents and stir well
heat slowly for 7-10 minutes of a gentle heat, stirring occasionally
Do not allow to burn, allow to stand and swell for approx 1 minute
Eat within a short time.

Empty the contents of the sachet in a shaker or a wide neck bottle / container

Pour
in 110 ml of cold water then, with lid open stir in a circular motion,
this enables the powder to rehydrate in an optimal fashion and let stand for a few seconds.

Add an additional 120 ml of cold water then, after closing the container, shake to obtain a uniform mix

The foam will completely dissipate within 5 minutes if the lid is left open

Consume chilled, with ice or an added zest of orange or lemon dependant on your programme.

Stove heating
- Empty one packet into 160 to 170 ml of boiling water
- Simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally
- Remove from heat and let stand 2 to 3 minutes
- If required add a non caloric sweetener to your taste and eat in a short period of time
Microwave heating
- Empty one packet into a microwave safe dish and stir in 160 to 170 ml of cold water
- Cook at medium heat for approx 1 minute dependant on machine settings.
- Stir and continue cooking 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Remove and let stand 2 to 3 minutes
- If required add a non caloric sweetener to your taste and eat in a short period of time
