Great item for every kitchen as the uses are endless and can be used in the oven and freezer. Four reusable silicone bakeware moulds, ensures your muffins, cakes and jellies are perfectly shaped and easy to remove.

1. Put a little BOILING WATER into a ramekin dish or microwavable mug (about 2 desert spoons to begin with you can add more later if needed).

2. Add the chocolate pack & mix to a thick paste. Put into the microwave on high for just under a minute if it looks a little bit soggy in the middle, put it back in for about 10 seconds or so. Then enjoy.

This can be made with other flavour foodpacks as well.

A slightly different version of the muffin can be made by saving some of a bar, add it to the mix & it tastes like a brownie. Or when making chocolate muffins add a couple of teaspoons of the Cranberry & Raspberry powder for a black gatueax or Orange water flavourings to make a sweeter muffin

 

Tips on Using Silcone Moulds

  • Wash the silicone moulds before using them if they are new. Although the moulds are dishwasher-safe, it is advisable to hand wash them in hot soapy water. Avoid using scouring pads or harsh cleaners to clean them. 
  • Place a metal Baking Sheet below your Silicone Mould to hold it properly. Silicone moulds are highly flexible and pliable. The baking sheet will also ensure that you can remove the mold easily, without spilling or burning yourself. 
  • Always make sure moulds are completely dry before use. 
  • Never use silicone baking molds in a broiler, hotplate or over an open flame.  
  • Never use a sharp object to remove items from mould, this can cause tearing or damage rendering the mould unusable.
