  • Delivery charges are expensive, and non-profitable for us, all prices charged are usually heavily subsidised by The KeeDiet to keep delivery cost down for our clients

  • All orders received before 1:00pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 1:00pm are normally dispatched the next working day (after 1pm Friday, including weekends orders are dispatched Monday if not a Bank Holiday).  Delivery times are provide as a guide and from the date of dispatch.

  • Orders dispatched on a Friday with DPD 1-2 day working days are normally delivered on the Monday (next working day). MYHERMES & International deliveries will be 2-5 working days and may be at the weekend.  

  • Depending on your chosen Courier, please advise us within 5 days if your parcel has not been received.  After 7 days it may be impossible for us to request courier companies to carry out a full investigation and claim for a lost parcel.

  • Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO Addresses (If a BFPO Address is provided you may be contacted for excess payment once your parcel has been weighed)

  • Parcel Insurance for loss or damage 

When selecting FEDEX as your courier, your parcel is fully insured for loss or damage by the courier. However there are exceptions *please see Couriers Terms & Conditions below. 

When selecting MYHERMES as your courier your parcel is automatically insured to the value of £25.00.  If lost or damaged we may only claim up to £25.00 compensation on your behalf from MyHermes to either replace or refund a client, you may therefore not receive the full value of your order if selected. However, at the time of placing your order with us you have the choice to increase insurance cover and can select MyHermes Fully Insured which will insure your parcel to the value if lost or damaged by the courier.

  • When setting up your account with us please pay attention to the area code information you select. UK Mainland selection does not include UK Highland & Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, these areas are classified by couriers as UK Highlands & Islands. (Postal Code assistance is shown below). UK Highland & Islands does not include Channel Islands which is classified as International by our Couriers and is a seperate choice on the Area Code Selection.  

  • Once you order is prepared, you will receive an email from us confirming this fact and also a tracking number (if applicable) to allow you to track your parcel with the selected courier, this information is held in your My Account" area after login.  Your order is upgraded to Dispatched to inform you the selected courier has collected your order.

  • Parcels are required to be signed to confirm receipt.  An opportunity to leave "Instructions" is given when confirming your delivery details and you may leave clear instructions where to leave the parcel, including with a neighbour, safe place, business address or secure porch etc - If such instructions are added to your order, this is done so at your own discretion, the courier or The KeeDiet can not be held responsible for loss or damage to your parcel. Please read the courier risk statement below. 

  • Royal Mail:  We will often select 1st Class Royal Mail delivery as a preferred option for our New Client Bundles, the cost is very similar to MyHermes however the Royal Mail service is normally much quicker and can be posted through your letter box.  Clients in the UK Highland & Islands area may also prefer us to send their parcel using 1st Class Royal Mail.  Please contact us direct or place a note on your order for us to price and contact.   Please see 'Postal Information' below

Royal Air Mail is not a guaranteed service, no signature is required and deliveries can take up to 15 working days before a parcel can be considered lost. Parcels can not be insured if contents contain food and are therefore dispatched at your sole discretion. For any lost parcel, a claim will be sought via Royal Mail, we can not guarantee success, but if successful a full refund will be applied once they have completed their investigation.

UK Royal Mail: Clients in the UK Highland & Islands area may prefer us to send their parcel using 1st Class Royal Mail.  Quoting for Royal Mail as a standard price is difficult as worked on size & weight of your parcel.  If Royal Mail is your preference please place your order online, select MyHermes choice at £3.99 and leave a note on your order that you prefer Royal Mail Delivery.  We will then prepare, weigh and measure your parcel for the best available price with Royal Mail and take any excess monies from your earned Reward Points or if insufficient will call to take payment.  Royal Mail is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 15 working days before a parcel can be considered lost.

*FedEx despatches are insured to the value of £250.00. Tracking details are sent via our automated update system. If selecting 12 Noon / Saturday Delivery for an order placed after 1:00pm, please note our system closes at 1:00pm and your order will not be viewed and will be carried forward automatically for processing the next working day (Friday cwfd to Monday)  - If notified and requested by email, it may be possible for us to dispatch same day, we will try to accommodate your request, but can not guarantee. Saturday deliveries with all couriers carry an excess and are considered a premium service.  We have tried to subsidies this as much as possible to help with cost.  Smaller parcel are charged at £19.99, parcels £125 -£300 are £10.99 and parcel above £300.00 are delivered free.

**MyHermes despatches are automatically insured to £50.00. There is however the option to increase insurance to £200.00. Tracking details are sent via our automated update system.  This is our Economy Service and delivery generally takes 2- 5 days for delivery.  This is from date of despatch.

***International Courier  Tracking details will be sent via our automated system.  Parcels can not be insured due to contents and are therefore dispatched at your sole discretion. International Postage costs shown above cover country mainland's only. Island such as Canary Islands, Balearics, Greek Islands and Remote Areas are not included.  For such areas, Couriers charge an excess remote fee of approximately £15.00, we will contact you if applicable to ascertain if you wish to continue with your order.

Instructions passed to our couriers are done so at your discretion, please ensure you read the Couriers Risk Statement for Terms & Conditions below. The courier driver will first attempt to deliver/leave your parcel in the 'safe place' requested. If not possible the courier driver may choose to leave your parcel at an alternative position, an information card may be left to notify you .

Before providing details please ensure you understand that couriers will not accept any claims for loss/damage/not received/or theft of parcels/deliveries made to a Business Address or if you the client have requested a parcel to be left without a signature or at a different delivery address. 

"By requesting a parcel to be left without a signature / delivered to a different delivery address or business address you are providing authority & personally accept the risk for any loss/damage/theft/non-receipt of the said parcel and are fully responsible.  The Courier Companies or sender(s) "Golo Carb UK Ltd" cannot be held responsible if the courier tracking system confirms the parcel has been delivered/left in a safe place.  In this case no refund or replacement is available; Golo Carb UK Ltd will assist with supplying signature(s), details, information & any details that may help locate the parcel."

Unsigned deliveries are at courier’s discretion & not guaranteed but do enjoy a 99.5% success rate.

When a first delivery fails a new delivery is generally attempted the next working day at no extra cost. After a second delivery is attempted and failed, parcels are normally held by your local courier depot for approximately 3 days awaiting buyers contact.  If your parcel is then returned to us a new delivery fee will be applicable if a new delivery is requested.  If an order is cancelled at this stage, delivery fee is non-refundable and a 10% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refunded amount due to be refunded.

If your parcel has not been received within 5 working days of your order date, please advise us by phone or email so that we may raise a Support Ticket and begin an investigation with the Courier. After seven days it becomes extremely difficult for us to track and successful complete a full investigation, especially if the courier screen is showing your parcel as delivered.  If the courier company are unable to carry out a full investigation due to an extended time lapse in reporting your order missing, they will not accept a claim from us and we are unable to offer a refund or replacement order.

Once despatched from us your goods become the responsibility of the courier company until delivery.  If we are unable to complete a full investigation in good time, we may be unable to claim loss or damage of goods from the courier company and therefore be unable to refund or replace your parcel (Please read our Terms of Sale & Courier Statement).

Your "My Account" section is updated throughout processing your order, with the status of your order and an automated email messages should be received to notify you.  Access to your "My Account" is located at the top of your screen, located underneath the boxes used to login.
